Article 88: Contempt Toward Officials: Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

Addison Graves "Joe" Wilson turned eighteen in 1965, at the height of the Viet Nam troop build-up. He joined the Army Reserves in 1972. He must have had some sweet draft deferments to keep his cracker ass out of the war.
Maybe it was like Tom DeLay said; that poor kids from the inner city were hogging up all the choice combat assignments.
"Ewe Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawer" has already become as famous a disgrace to South Carolina as Chester "Bully" Brooks who busted his cane on Charles Sumner's head in 1858.
He's as much of a proud racist, as much as anything, which heaps even more offense onto his uniform.
Court Martial, indeed.
